Rain

Plop!
Plop! Plop!
Rain
Rain come again
Falling upon fragile rooftops
Fading into sinful streams
Sighing a breathe of relief
This is the rain’s belief
That it can wash away
All the insane pain
Pausing in the midst of strife
Whilst worrying woes awake life
This is the rain trying to wash away
all the pain
All the pain
But, oh, the rain
Can also fill the ocean
With wild, wishful dreams
And wide, wonderful schemes
small, small little dimes
One raindrop at a time
Became the paradigm
For life
